JzHermes ("the App") is a personal automation agent built on the Hermes platform, developed and used solely by JzDgtl for its own internal purposes. The App is not distributed to, or intended for use by, any other end users. This page explains how the App handles data obtained through Google APIs.
The App requests the following OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — read Gmail messages, to let the automation agent retrieve and process email content.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — send email on the user's behalf, for automated replies and outgoing messages triggered by the user.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.modify — modify Gmail messages (labels, read/unread state, archiving), to organize and manage the inbox as directed by the user.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — read and manage Google Calendar events, to schedule, update, and review events as part of the automation workflow.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive — read, create, and manage files in Google Drive, to store, retrieve, and organize files as part of automation tasks.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/contacts.readonly — read Google Contacts, to look up contact details when preparing emails or events.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets — read and edit Google Sheets, to log, track, or process structured data as part of automation tasks.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/documents — read and edit Google Docs, to generate, update, or reference documents as part of automation tasks. These scopes are accessed only when the developer actively runs the agent to perform a specific task. The App does not run continuous background surveillance of the account.
Data obtained through the above scopes is used exclusively to carry out automation tasks configured by the developer (for example: summarizing emails, drafting and sending replies, organizing labels, managing calendar events, and working with files in Drive, Sheets, and Docs). To perform these tasks, relevant data may be sent to third-party large language model (LLM) API providers — such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and OpenRouter — for processing. Data is never used for advertising, user profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the developer's own personal workflow.
Raw session data (the content sent to and received from the LLM API providers described above) is retained for at most 30 days. A portion of this data may be stored longer-term as agent "memory" — condensed notes the agent keeps to maintain context across sessions — rather than as raw logs. The App does not upload Google account data to any public cloud storage service beyond the LLM providers described above, and does not share it with any other application.
The App does not sell or rent data obtained through Google APIs. Data is shared only with the third-party LLM API providers named in Section 3, solely to process the developer's own automation requests, and otherwise only where required by law.
Access can be revoked at any time via Google Account permissions. Once revoked, the App will no longer access new data. Raw session data is deleted automatically after 30 days at the latest, as described in Section 4; any condensed memory derived from that data can be deleted manually by the developer on request.
JzHermes's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
